Where can I find my Order No or Order confirmation mail? I have place the order but did not get any mail.

We send order mail for all orders. You can do below things to find order no.

1) search “slate hash” in your mail

Is customisation available?

Where can I find the size chart?

Size chart is mentioned for each product on product page. There is a button called "View Size Chart" Please click on it to check the size guide.

What is your delivery time?

Please note that delivery time is 10-12 days* as mentioned on the website and order mail, we'll do our best to speed up for your order. Mostly it'll arrive early, but we have to mention it, to avoid any disputes later on.

Is COD available?

COD is only available in these states: Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chandigarh, West Bengal.
COD is not available for custom items.
COD is not available for order value more than 1799 INR.

Is Exchange available? What is your exchange policy?

Yes we do offer size exchange, within 7 days of the delivery.

Is reverse pick up available?

yes it is available. In reverse pick up our courier partner will come to your address and pick it up. No need to pack the item. Just hand over the correct item.
